Roly’s Fudge Pantry in Wells opened in November 2018 and is the second pantry in a beautiful cathedral city to be opened by husband and wife team Steven Jones and Sarah Orton, former food journalists/PRs and passionate ‘foodies’.
Every day you’ll be able to enjoy the visual theatre of Roly’s delicious crumbly fudge being made in the shop window, and take in the alluring and heavenly aroma too!
Loose fudge
Visitors to the pantry will find a delicious selection of 10 or more flavours from our loose fudge selection on the counter, everything from Roly’s best selling Vanilla Clotted Cream and Salted Maple & Pecan, to seasonal favourites to celebrate key calendar events from Hot Cross Bun Fudge to Christmas Pudding.
Gift Wrapping
As well as a beautiful collection of gift wrapped fudge, Wells offers a bespoke wrapping service so that you can match your choice of fudge flavours with the gift wrap and ribbon of your choice to create a truly bespoke gift.

Stylish Ice Cream Fudge Bar
Roly’s Wells has teamed up with award-winning Somerset ice cream producers, Styles, to create a year-round Ice Cream Fudge Bar with a delicious selection of Roly’s Fudge Sauce and fudge crumbs to accompany the Styles ice cream. All gluten-free, there’s both dairy and ewe’s milk ice cream options in 14 fab flavours.
Fudge Sauce
Roly’s Fudge Sauce in Salted Caramel, Chocolate and Strawberry is now available in handy pouches for home use. Great for topping home baked cakes and cheesecakes and delicious in milkshakes, they’re great on ice cream and porridge too!
